A graduate of Louisiana State University of Shreveport in 1979 and a Family Medicine Specialist for over 43 years, Dr. Carl Hines is a pillar in Minden’s medical community. He is known for taking time with his patients, answering all questions, and following up when needed. His passion for healthcare shows in the care he gives his patients. Dr. Hines treats all ages and is accepting new patients.
Dr. Phuoc Bui, DPM attended Medical School at Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine in Independence, Ohio and did his podiatric surgery residency at TriHealth Bethesda North Hospital in Cincinnati. He is Board Qualified in foot and rear foot/ankle surgery with American Podiatric Medicine Association (APMA) and is professionally affiliated with the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery (ABFAS).
Dr. Bui has completed extensive course work and advanced training workshops to further his skillset, is involved in numerous research projects and has presented at several medical seminars and conferences.
Outside of his growing practice, Dr. Bui enjoys running, hanging out with his family, and fishing. He is a skilled and straightforward practitioner who lives by the personal motto, “If you’re going to do something, do it right.”
Dr. Sarah McCann McNeill received her doctorate degree from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine in Shreveport, where she also completed her Internship and Residency. She is Board Certified through the American Academy of Pediatrics, and a member of NWLA Pediatric Society and American Medical Women’s Association
A native of Minden, she is proud to come home to provide a full scope of services to the children in our community and the surrounding areas. As a pediatrician, she understand the unique and evolving needs of a child as they progress through every stage of childhood, from newborn to toddler, school-aged, and adolescent.
In her spare time Dr. McNeill enjoys playing with her children and binge-watching The Office and Grey’s Anatomy on repeat.
Dr. Magdy Hanna is a board certified Interventional Cardiologist who joined Minden Medical Center in opening ‘Cardiology Experts of Minden’ in 2023.
Dr. Hanna has extensive training in all aspects of cardiovascular care including non-invasive and invasive cardiovascular evaluations, cardiovascular imaging, as well as coronary and peripheral interventions. His wide scope of cardiac services includes Echo, Transesophageal Echo, Stress Echo, and Nuclear Stress Test, High Risk PCI with Impella support, as well as Pacemaker and Defibrillator devices.
Dr. Hanna is Board Certified in Cardiovascular Diseases, Internal Medicine, Interventional Cardiology, Echocardiography and Nuclear Cardiology. As a Cardiologist, he treats structural heart disease, uncontrolled hypertension, heart rhythm disorders, heart failure and coronary artery disease, as well as peripheral artery disease, varicose veins and venous insufficiency. Dr. Hanna is a Fellow LSU where he received his General Cardiology fellowship. He completed his Interventional Cardiology fellowship at Ascension St. John.
Dr. Hanna prides himself in being able to offer new procedures to his patients such as the Impella heart pump to provide the best possible care to his patients.
During his free time, he loves spending time with his family, playing soccer, table tennis and swimming.
Andreka Garner, is a board-certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who has been in the medical field for over 19 years. Andreka will focus on providing the appropriate care for patients suffering from various mental health disorders. Her practice will be to promote well-being in patients of all ages, through prevention and education, in addition to assessment, diagnosis, care, and treatment of mental illnesses.
Andreka started as a Registered Respiratory Therapist in 2005, but later decided to broaden her horizons in the nursing field. She received her Associate of Nursing from Southern Arkansas University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Louisiana at Lafayette. She completed her Master of Science in Nursing-Family Nurse Practitioner from Grambling State University in 2020 and her post-master in Psychiatric Mental Health from Herzing University in 2023. Andreka’s experience as a nurse has included cardiac stepdown, ICU, CCU, medical-surgical, dialysis, geriatrics, behavioral health, and management.
She is also very involved with a number of organization both locally and nationally as a member of American Association of Nurse Practitioners American Nurses Association Louisiana Association of Nurse Practitioners Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
In her spare time, she enjoys shopping, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Karen Jones, FNP-C, joins us as provider for Meadowview Health & Rehab. Karen received her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northwestern State University.
Karen stated, “I love working in long-term care. I find the residents have an enduring spirit and appreciation for the care received. It is very rewarding to give the personal touch they so deserve, and I am so blessed to work which I find such job. Having worked in Caddo, Bossier and Sabine parish for the past nine years, I am blessed to work closer to home in Webster Parish.”
Karen is mother of three living in Benton. She loves watching LSU football. When asked about her hobbies she immediately said she loves spending time with family and friends. She is a traveler and loves going to the beach. Karen also mention the she has several dogs and cats.

Lillian Leigh B. Davis has number of years of nursing experience. She began as a LPN and received her RN within two years. Leigh worked as Director of Nursing at Town & Country Health and Rehabilitation for over 20 years. She has been a family nurse practitioner for over 15 years. As a nurse practitioner she was training to treat the whole family, from infancy to the elderly. She can assess, diagnose and treat the majority of conditions that present to the clinic. She also see patients with complex conditions.
She received her Master from Northwestern State University College of Nursing with honors. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Program (AANPCP). After graduating she began her practice with Dr. Carlos Irizarry in Minden. Leigh B. Davis has expertise in treating chronic diabetes, Alzheimer’s dementia, bursitis, among other conditions.
My passion is treating and helping all that come to the clinic. She was called to nursing having had a life threatening illness. She is loves her church and in her spare time she sews, make quilts, does woodworking loves playing with power tools.
