#3 Medical Plaza
Minden, LA 71055
I grew up in Egypt where I completed my primary education. I developed a passion for medicine and cardiology in particular. I moved to the USA in 2003 to Detroit, Michigan where I attended Wayne State University for my bachelor degree in Biological Sciences. I earned my medical diploma from Ross University School of Medicine. I trained in internal medicine at St. John Hospital and Medical Center. I then joined Louisiana State University in Shreveport for Cardiovascular Diseases fellowship. I completed my Interventional Cardiology fellowship at Ascension St. John in Detroit, MI where I learned how to perform complex coronary and peripheral intervention procedures using evidence-based medicine and cutting-edge technology. I have worked one year as an invasive cardiologist.
Our clinic is located in Medical Plaza #3, which is behind Minden Medical Center near the Emergency Room entrance. Currently, I am seeing patients in the clinic every Tuesday and Thursday. I do not require a referral from another provider, therefore, if a patient feels they need to be seen by a cardiologist, all they have to do is call the office and make an appointment. During the initial visit, an EKG will be performed and vital signs will be taken. Symptoms and concerns will be discussed, and I will use my expert knowledge to determine if further testing is warranted.
Welcoming new patients every day.
