Vincent B. Lococo, MD attended Louisiana State University (LSU) in Shreveport, where he obtained his Bachelor of Biological Sciences and Doctorate of Medicine. He served his Family Medicine Internship and Family Medicine Residency at LSU-Shreveport.
Dr. Lococo is bringing convenient and compassionate healthcare to clinics, as well as long term care and assisted living facilities in our area. As a long term care provider, Dr. Lococo treats patients with the goal of keeping them out of the hospital. They are seen in their home setting avoiding travel to a clinic for office visits, but when a visit to a medical clinic is necessary, Dr. Lococo sees the residents at the Minden Medical Clinic of Haughton, located at 170 Healthcare Drive.
Dr. Lococo not only treats patients in long-term care and assisted living facilities but also sees patients for their primary care needs at Main Street Medical in Minden. The clinic is located at 101 Murrell St., Suite #3 and is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 7:30am – 5pm and 7:30am – 12pm on Wednesdays. To make an appointment call 318-371-4050.

Brittney is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner who began her career in health care as an RN at Minden Medical Center in 2012. Her nursing career has included experience as an ICU, Stepdown, and ER nurse.
In her spare time, Brittney enjoys spending time with family and friends. She has been married to her husband, Roger, for 15 years and together they have two children. She also enjoys watching her children play softball/baseball, gardening, and taking care of her dogs and chickens.
Brittney believes in the importance of developing a strong patient/provider relationship and including patients in the decision-making process related to their care.
The clinic hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 7:30am – 5:00pm (closed for lunch 12pm-1pm) and Wednesday 7:30am – 12pm.
