Stephanie Humphrey obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (2012) and Master of Science in Nursing (2024), with concentration in Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner, at Northwestern State University of Louisiana. As a Certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner she is dedicated in providing compassionate, consistent, up to date care to the adult and geriatric patient population at Minden Medical Center. Stephanie’s experience as a nurse has included Operating Room RN Circulator, family medicine, PACU, medical-surgical, diabetes educator, geriatrics, palliative care, and post-surgical sub-acute care. She is a proud member of The American Association of Nurse Practitioners
Stephanie’s focus as an NP is on primary prevention through education, utilization of community resources, and collaboration with the goal of improving the quality of life for her patients through holistic based care. In her spare time, she enjoys kayaking and exercising.
