Dr. Phillips, Board Certified in Family Medicine, has practiced in Minden and Sibley for over 15 year. He also practiced for over seven years at the Bienville Clinic in Ringgold, LA. He see patients of all ages. In his spare time he has worked emergency room and as a hospitalist.
Dr. Phillips is the father of 4 adult children and lives in the Minden area. He completed in residency at L.S.U. Health Sciences Center in Shreveport, LA.
