Minden Medical Center is proud to welcome Alexandra “Aly” Collier, WHNP-BC, to the team at The Women’s Clinic.
Aly is a board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care to women throughout every stage of life. She began her healthcare career as a registered nurse in 2018, serving patients at Willis-Knighton Health System and CHRISTUS Highland Medical Center. Her extensive nursing background includes experience in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), Operating Room, Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU), Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), CV Holding Room, and nursery care.
Aly earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2018 and her Master of Science in Nursing in 2025 from Northwestern State University of Louisiana in Shreveport.
She is passionate about building strong relationships with her patients and believes in involving them in every step of the decision-making process related to their healthcare needs. Her goal is to ensure every patient feels heard, respected, and confident in their care.
Outside of work, Aly enjoys spending time outdoors with her family. She loves baking, hunting, hiking, fishing, and kayaking, and is a proud mother of two children — a son and a daughter.
Aly sees patients Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with the clinic closed for lunch from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
