HIGH PAY for RNs, LPNs, Medical Lab Technicians, Medical Technologists and Respiratory Therapists
Allegiance Health Management is hiring for our seasonal PRN staff pool for all of our rural hospitals and clinics at highly competitive rates. Travel may be required.
• RNs: Base rate of pay $45.00 up to $54.00 per hour depending on tier level.
• LPNs: Base rate of pay $27.00 up to $34.00 per hour depending on tier level.
• Medical Laboratory Technicians: Base rate of pay $32.00 up to $40.00 per hour depending on tier level.
• Medical Technologists: Base rate of pay $32.00 up to $40.00 per hour depending on tier level.
• Respiratory Therapists: Base rate of pay $35.00 up to $42.00 per hour depending on tier level.
Tier 1 – must work 48 hours per month, plus two holidays per year
Tier 2 – must work 72 hours and one weekend shift per month, plus three holidays per year
Tier 3 – must work 96 hours and one weekend shift per month, plus three holidays per year
